By distributing Quality knowledge brochures and other forms to the on-site team leaders and front-line employees for extensive publicity and activity guidance, we create a good atmosphere in which everyone pays attention to quality, attaches importance to quality and pursues quality.

The headquarters and subsidiaries actively carried out quality essay solicitation activities. During the activity, a total of 8 essays were received. After preliminary review and review, 4 essays were awarded, including "Everyone is a quality controller", "Talking about zero defect quality management", "Suggestions on handling quality management problems in the production process" and "Towards zero defect management - attitude".

Dig deep into management, Improve quality and efficiency, and carry out self inspection and self correction activities

Through the self inspection conducted by the 01 / 02 / 03 factory, a total of 22 problems were found, and the problems were classified into three major topics. Special rectification was carried out according to the region to gradually correct the relevant process and quality details in the production process.

By carrying out such process quality inspection, the quality concept is gradually transformed from "It need me to check" to "I want to check it", forming a good self inspection atmosphere. It not only enhances the inspection ability of front-line grass-roots managers, but also promotes the upward development of workshop quality culture.
