As the new year begins and all things are renewed, on this special occasion, in order to proactively address the increasingly challenging internal and external environments ahead, and to carefully plan for the company's ambitious growth strategy in the coming year, the company convened its 2022 Work Deployment Meeting on February 11.

At the meeting, Su Jin, General Manager of the Group Company, delivered an important work directive emphasizing "strengthening internal management while aggressively pursuing external market opportunities." He stressed that "internal management" should be pursued as a long-term, consistent effort, with clear implementation across all subsidiaries and branches. Meanwhile, regarding "external market initiatives," he urged the company to not only retain existing customers but also strive for market share growth by intensifying technological research and development in emerging fields such as new energy, thereby further refining the company's overall business strategy and portfolio.

In addition, General Manager Su also put forward new requirements for several key areas, including cost control, talent acquisition, financial management, quality enhancement, empowering management through systematic knowledge, and implementing streamlined, "one-stop" project management. He further reiterated the company's management philosophy of "four major crises," all of which will guide the company toward continued growth—moving steadily toward greater maturity and professionalism.

We believe that through several years of profound internal reforms and seamless collaboration across the organization, the company will elevate all aspects to a new level, showcasing a fresh new image—and ultimately becoming an "unstoppable" enterprise that can withstand challenges and thrive sustainably over the long term.
