With the start of a new year and the renewal of all things, on this special day, in order to proactively address the increasingly severe internal and external environment in the new year and plan for the development of the new year, the company held a 2022 work deployment meeting on February 11.

At the meeting, General Manager Su Jin of the Group Company put forward the important work instruction of "internal management and external market development." It was required that "internal management" should be carried out as a long-term work and implemented in various branches/subsidiaries, while "external market development" requires increasing technological breakthroughs and development in fields such as new energy, on the premise of stabilizing existing customers and striving for growth in market share, further improving the company's business layout.

 

In addition, General Manager Su also put forward new requirements for several aspects, including cost control, talent introduction, financial management, quality improvement, system knowledge empowerment management, and project "one-stop" management, and reiterated the management concept of the "four major crises." These will guide the company to continue to develop in a more mature and professional direction.

 

It is believed that through several years of in-depth internal reforms and concerted internal efforts, all aspects of the company will rise to a new level, showing a new look, and becoming an "invincible" enterprise that can withstand risks and last forever.
