The Liujiang District Federation of Trade Unions and Shuangfei Trade Unions recently jointly hosted a unique labor skills competition event - the 2023 Shuangfei Post Labor Skills Competition. The theme of the activity is "All employees are based on their positions, competing for strong skills, and working hard for a hundred days!", aiming to stimulate employees' work enthusiasm, improve job skills, and launch a sprint towards fully completing the annual task goal.

The competition lasted from mid September to October, during which all employees actively participated, including frontline operators and management managers. They demonstrated their business and management abilities through practical skills competitions and knowledge competitions, inspiring enthusiasm for efficiency, production progress, quality, and skills comparison.

The goal of this competition is to "create high-quality, efficient, and secure orders".
